During the first months we adapted know-how and completed strategy for quality provision of testing as a service (Taas). During this time we also successfully got part of internal testing environment.
With each release we gained extra experience and knowledge. Gradually number of teammates increased from six up to thirty-five. Such populous team was working not only on waterfall projects but also in agile development and automatization.
Within almost four years we helped our client to provide countless numbers of new service and improvement of current functionalities.
Among others, we had to cope with rather frosted acceptation by project colleagues, who at first did not think much of us, externs, based on their previous experience with an abroad providers of testing. It was quality of our job that “smoothed sharp edges” eventually. We proved ourselves reliable teammates, who always help out in trouble. And every time we threw a team-building event, each member of team was invited, whether employed by Inventi, or T-Mobile.
